Whoever it is, he/she will have a hard time competing with one of the greatest movie-villains - the you-know-who (...not the voldemort :P)

I think they should redo Mr. Freeze, actually trying to cast this time! Arnold was a TERRIBLE choice! Also Mr. Freeze fits the realistic take Nolan is trying for, because he is just a scientist in love. Nolan and Goyer could do wonders!! Idk who would be great to play him, maybe Brian Cranstion or Adrian Brody?
Also, I think the Ventriliquist (Scarface) I think would be an AWESOME character! He isnt that well known but I think Nolan and Goyer could do awesome! It's just finding someone who can play a guy with multiple personalities.

i dont know how they could do harly quin without redoing the joker wich couldnt happen because u cant replace heath he was kickass.

I herd rumors that the next villan is going to be the Riddler.
But now I also herd that Nolan isn't going to make a third flim because he dosen't want to risk it being a failure.
Only because of the sucess The Dark Knight had and all, he dosent wan't his Batman saga to end up like the others.

I would like to see Mr. Freeze - Mads Mikkelsen, or Clayface, wich is for me very interest character to realise...
